General Conditions
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Conditions") apply to all sales of products purchased through the website www.macraloveit.it .

The use of the remote selling service described in these General Conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers, understood as natural persons acting for purposes outside of their commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, if any.

The Customer is required to carefully read the General Conditions that have been made available to him on the Site, in order to allow their storage and reproduction by the Customer pursuant to art. 12 of Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70.

Contracts concluded with Barri Camilla through the Site are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code") and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 (hereinafter, "Ecommerce Decree").

Product Information
Information relating to the Products is available on the Site.
Price
Product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties. Delivery costs are indicated in a separate item and are included in the total to be paid. All prices are expressed in Euro.
Product Order
The essential characteristics and prices of the Products are shown in the offer relating to each Product.
To purchase the Products, the Customer must place the Product in the appropriate "cart" and, after having read the General Conditions, must select "Check out" and then select the desired payment method.
By sending the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares that he has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and that he fully accepts the General Conditions.
The seller reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received. The seller will inform the Customer of any impossibility to accept orders received within 10 days starting from the day following the day on which the Customer transmitted the order and will refund the sums already paid by the Customer for the payment of the supply.
Payment Methods
The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by credit or debit card, and by PayPal.
In the event that, for any reason, the debiting of the amounts due by the Customer proves impossible, the sales process is automatically cancelled and the sale is automatically cancelled.
Confirmation of order receipt
The Customer receives, at the time of execution of the contract, by email or message, confirmation of receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the General Conditions, the essential characteristics of the product ordered, its price, the amount paid, the existence of the right of withdrawal - with an indication of the times and methods for returning the goods - the geographical address to submit any complaints and information on existing assistance services and commercial guarantees.
Ineffectiveness of the order
No contract shall be deemed to have been concluded between the seller and the Customer if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Customer is not acting on the basis of an effective and genuine interest in purchasing the products ordered, or is abusively exercising the right of withdrawal recognised by the following art.12.
In such cases, the order forwarded by the Customer must be considered as having no effect whatsoever. The seller will send the Customer, by email, a communication certifying the failure to conclude the Contract, also taking care of the cancellation of any charge and/or expense to be borne by the Customer.
Transport and delivery
The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. In any case, the Customer has the right to request delivery of the products to a natural person of his choice, whose residence or domicile is within the Italian territory.
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are clearly highlighted on the Site and in the order form. All purchases will be delivered by SDA - Poste Italiane from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. The seller is not responsible for unforeseeable delays.
The seller will send the Customer a confirmation email once the Products have been shipped, which will specify the tracking number of the shipment through which it will be possible to view, after entering the status of the shipment on the Poste Italiane website.
In any case, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order, unless the seller communicates - within the same period, via email - the impossibility of delivering the ordered goods following the subsequent unavailability, even temporary, of the Products. In the event of such communication, the seller will refund the sums already paid by the Customer for the payment of the products.
In the event that, following communication from the seller of a delay in the delivery date, the Customer wishes to cancel the Order, any amount already paid by the same will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from the day following the day on which the Customer sent the order.
Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Site within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send to the following address: macraloveit@icloud.it a communication containing:
the expression of the will to exercise the right of withdrawal;
the indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal;
the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase;
such communication can be sent, always within the aforementioned term of 14 (fourteen) days.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the seller will refund the full price of the Products provided that they are returned by the Customer in normal condition (not damaged or worn and in the original packaging) and only if the return instructions above are correctly respected. The seller reserves the right to refuse the return of those products that do not comply with these requirements. Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase.
The delivery costs for the return of the Products are borne by the Customer; any costs incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refundable.
The seller undertakes to promptly refund the Customer within and no later than 30 days from the date of return of the Products.
Seller will not be responsible for refund or compensation for products returned but never received by Seller due to loss, theft or damage not attributable to Seller.
If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the order submitted, he/she must promptly send an email to macraloveit@icloud.it . Once the Product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified until the shipped goods have been returned to the seller. In this case, reference is made to the return policy described above.
For custom orders, as they are personalized jewelry, the right of return does not apply.
Defects of conformity
In case of lack of conformity of Products sold by MacraloveIT, the Customer must immediately contact the seller at the email address macraloveit@icloud.it .
The Customer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods through repair or replacement or to an appropriate reduction in price or to the termination of the contract. The Customer loses these rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to the seller within two months from the date on which he discovered the defect. The action aimed at asserting defects not fraudulently concealed by the seller expires, in any case, within twenty-four months from delivery of the goods.
Errors
The information relating to the Products provided on the Site is constantly updated.
However, it is not possible to guarantee the complete absence of errors.
The seller reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent and also to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Applicable law and competent court
These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian law.
For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of these General Conditions, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be that of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italian territory.
