If there is a jewel that has caught your attention but is no longer available, or you would like it in another color or with another pendant or stone, it is possible to request it on commission by choosing the model, the pendant or the stone and the color of the thread.
It is important to keep in mind that, since they are handmade jewels, it is impossible to replicate them in an exactly identical way. Each jewel will be unique and will have different characteristics.
Not all models can be replicated on commission and the availability of pendants and stones can vary significantly depending on the period and the jewel requested.
How does it work?
For information on the availability of pendants and stones and to have a free quote, you can contact me by filling out the form on the side.
Once all the details of the jewel, the cost and the timing of its production have been established, you will be asked to make the payment in advance via bank transfer, PayPal or PostePay.
FOR ORDERS ON COMMISSION, AS THEY ARE CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY, THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ORDER DOES NOT APPLY.
YOU WILL BE POSSIBLE TO REQUEST A RETURN ONLY IF THE JEWELRY DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO WHAT WAS AGREED BEFORE PAYMENT OR IF IT IS FAULTY.
