Returns and Refunds
Returns Policy
You can return the purchased goods and receive a refund by submitting a request within 14 days of receipt by email to macraloveit@icloud.com , attaching photos of the products you intend to return.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition and without signs of wear.
Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer.
For orders made to order, as these are customized products, the right of return does not apply.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will contact you to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 14 business days.
If this does not happen after more than 15 business days from the approval of the return, please contact us at macraloveit@icloud.com .
